We are delighted to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Processing & Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days (approximately 7–19 calendar days).

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped more quickly. For made-to-order styles, custom sizes, or designs requiring more intricate craftsmanship, additional production time may be needed before shipment.

Every pair is carefully handcrafted, and we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes available within 3–5 business days after shipment. During peak shopping seasons or customs processing, tracking updates may occasionally take a little longer to appear.

Product Availability

While most styles are available for immediate production, certain materials or components may occasionally become unavailable.

If this affects your order, we will contact you by email with available options. If we are unable to reach you within 30 days, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Import Duties & Taxes

Most orders are delivered directly to your doorstep without additional charges.

However, depending on your country's customs regulations, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, or other taxes upon arrival.

Orders are shipped under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Any applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or shipping carrier.

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance, as they vary by country and region.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been shipped.

Address changes requested before shipment will be processed free of charge.

Once an order has entered transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. In this case, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Any fees associated with address changes after shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.
