Product Information

1.Do you have a size guide?

Yes, every product page includes a size chart, and the homepage has one in the header and footer as well. We strive to provide the most accurate sizing information and conversions.

2.What materials are your shoes made of?

The uppers of our shoes are made of genuine leather, such as cowhide, sheepskin, horsehide, and pigskin.

3.Are your shoes really handcrafted?

Absolutely. Our shoes are handcrafted by artisans. The uppers and linings are entirely handmade. Some soles are purely handmade, while others require special machine techniques.

4.Where are the shoes made?

Our studio and factory are both located in Chengdu, China., where all our shoes are handcrafted by experienced artisans.

5.The new shoes I received have a smell, is this okay?

This is a normal phenomenon, the smell of genuine leather, and it will dissipate in a few days.

6.How do I filter for sale items? For example, I want to view all sandals that are currently on sale.

First, click on "Sandals" in the menu bar. On the resulting page, click on "Filter" in the top left corner. You will see an option "On Sale" at the bottom. Select the "Yes" button to search for all sandals currently on sale.

7.What currency are the products priced in?

USdollar.

8.Are the products taxed? 

Isyou ibeauty will ship your package using Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms, meaning we do not collect VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, and we cannot predict the specific amount you may be charged. Most of our shoes will be delivered to your doorstep without the need to pay additional import duties or taxes. However, if your order may be subject to value-added tax (VAT), import duties, and/or other taxes, these fees will be charged after your package arrives in your country/region.Paid by the buyer.

Shipping&Delivery  

1.How long will it take to receive my order?

Our delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days (7 to 19 calendar days).
For items in stock, this time will be significantly shortened.For items out of stock, those with complex craftsmanship, or those requiring custom large sizes, additional days may be needed for handcrafting. Please understand and be patient, as we will expedite shipping as quickly as possible.

2.What is the shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping,please feel free to place your order.

3.How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check detailed shipping information at the following link.

4.My tracking number isn't working.

You can track your order 3~5business days after purchase.However, in certain exceptional circumstances, despite us having shipped and provided a tracking number, there may be a delay of 3 to 5 business days (due to peak shopping seasons or customs clearance delays).

5.Can I send my order to a different delivery address? 

Yes, you can send your order to another address other than your registered address, which is useful if you're sending gifts.

6.I've already placed my order, but I need to change the shipping address. What should I do?

please email us the correct address before the order is shipped, and we will make the necessary arrangements at no additional cost.If the package is already in transit, we will be unable to assist with changing the delivery address. 

7.Why do I need to provide a contact number when ordering online?

Please rest assured that any contact information you provide us with is kept confidential in our system. We ask for your phone number at checkout to fulfill orders and provide better service to you.

8.What should I do if my package is lost?

If the package has not been received within two months, the logistics provider will compensate, and we will follow up and provide assistance.

2.Who pay for the return shipping cost?

The buyer will bear the cost of shipping the shoes back to us.About the shipping fees,please contact your local post office for details. 

3.Return label

Please note that we are currently unable to generate return labels from our website's backend system. Therefore, customers need to contact their local logistics provider to arrange return shipments.
