We are delighted to offer shipping services to buyers worldwide, with free delivery on every order.
Notice:--Our delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days (7 to 19 calendar days).
For items in stock, this time will be significantly shortened. Most orders will be shipped and delivered quickly.However, for items out of stock, those with complex craftsmanship, or those requiring custom large sizes, additional days may be needed for handcrafting. Please understand and be patient, as we will expedite shipping as quickly as possible.
However, in certain exceptional circumstances, despite us having shipped and provided a tracking number, there may be a delay of 3 to 5 business days (due to peak shopping seasons or customs clearance delays). The delivery time is from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). For certain countries/regions, it may take 4 to 5 days after submitting the tracking number to provide tracking details online.
--You can track your order 3~5business days after purchase.Shoes in stock will be shipped quickly with tracking numbers provided promptly. However, please note that for made-to-order shoes, as well as larger sizes and intricately crafted styles which may not be readily available, there might be a delay in shipping and providing tracking numbers. Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number to your registered email.Delivery times are from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Once we find that we have no materials to make,we will send email to you.Please pay attention to your email. If we can not contact you both by email within 30 days, We will refund the order directly.
Import Duties and Taxes:
Most of our shoes will be delivered to your doorstep without the need to pay additional import duties or taxes. However, if your order may be subject to value-added tax (VAT), import duties, and/or other taxes, these fees will be charged after your package arrives in your country/region.
Isyou ibeauty will ship your package using Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms, meaning we do not collect VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, and we cannot predict the specific amount you may be charged. If you do incur these additional fees, they must be paid by the buyer to clear your package through customs.
Changing Delivery Address:
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please email us the correct address before the order is shipped, and we will make the necessary arrangements at no additional cost.
If the package is already in transit, we will be unable to assist with changing the delivery address. You can directly contact the shipping company to change your delivery address. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our product, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item via email (excluding shipping costs). After approval, please return the product to us within 15 days, and the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Returned items should be sent directly to our warehouse. For both exchanges and refunds, please contact us first at service@isyouibeauty.com to obtain approval. After approval, we will provide the specific return address via email. Please note that the address on the received package is not the return address and should not be used; this is important. We strive to respond promptly, usually within 24 hours for all emails (excluding holidays). If you do not receive a response, please check your spam folder.
All returned items must comply with the following guidelines, otherwise the return request will be rejected:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with tags.
- Any accessories and additional items that came with the product must also be returned.
- Discount coupons are non-refundable.
- Orders refused by the recipient for any reason (including unpaid duties or taxes) are not eligible for return or refund.
- Orders undeliverable due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the recipient are not eligible for return or refund, and the recipient will be responsible.
- We require all returned items to be shipped back within 15 days of approval (approval date as the first day), and buyers must provide a valid tracking number. Late returns or returns with problematic tracking numbers will not be processed.
- Orders over 90 days old will not be refunded.
- Please note that we currently cannot provide return labels from our website backend system, so all returns must be sent out by the buyer through local logistics services (such as UPS, DHL, POST, etc.).

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return and complete the inspection, we will process the refund within 3 business days and notify you via email. Your refund will be returned to your original payment account within 10 business days from the date you receive the email.

Notice:For certain debit cards, refunds cannot be returned to the original payment account. Our customer service team will provide you with your PayPal account under your name via email to complete the refund.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Generally, orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing them. However, orders that are being processed or have already been shipped cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
Undeliverable or Lost Packages:
If a package cannot be delivered within 60 days or is lost, the logistics provider will compensate for the package. We will follow up on your order and always provide assistance. If the loss or return is due to the buyer's own reasons, such as incorrect address, we are not responsible. For orders placed more than 90 days ago, we do not accept claims for lost packages.

Evaluating a pair of shoes is not just about durability; it's about a combination of comfort, durability, appearance, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance. More importantly, owning them gives you the confidence to move forward. They support you like an old friend, helping you walk each step more easily and confidently. We insist on handmade shoes, and most of our materials are genuine leather because we believe that only genuine leather and handmade craftsmanship can create unique shoes. Breathable pores, delicate stitching, and other details cannot be matched by machine production.
Even with such exquisite shoes, signs of wear and tear will appear with constant use. What we can do is learn to protect my shoes. We will periodically update our blog with articles about shoe care, which we hope will be helpful to you.
If your shoes exhibit non-human-induced quality issues within 30 days of receipt, such as sole cracking, upper cracking, heel cracking, glue separation, or leather peeling, you can request an exchange service via email. The specific process is: send us an email (including pictures of the damaged shoes) → get approval → bear the shipping cost and send the shoes back, and email us the return shipping tracking number → after we receive and inspect the shoes, we will send a new pair to you, and we will cover the shipping cost.
