1. Pay with Credit Card directly

On the checkout page,enter contact email and delivery details, Payment choose "credit card".Enter the card information and  click "pay now".The order has been successfully paid.

Note:We accept these five types of credit cards:VISA,Master,Discover,Diners Club,Maestro.

 

2. Local Payment with Apple Pay

On the checkout page,enter contact email and delivery details.Payment choose " Local Payment ", and  click "pay now".

On the following page, click “Pay with Apple Pay" to complete the order payment. Note: Apple Pay can only be used with the Safari browser.

 

 

 

3. Local Payment with Google Pay

On the checkout page,enter contact email and delivery details.Payment choose " Local Payment ", and  click "pay now".

On the following page, click “Google Pay" to complete the order payment. 

 

4.Pay with PayPal

PayPal offers three payment methods to choose from, and you are free to choose any of them.When you make a payment, we do not collect your card and personal information. All your personal information is secure and protected by Shopify and PayPal.

A.PayPal Express Checkout 

Unlike traditional processes, you don't need to add  product to cart step by step, click checkout, and then enter your address on the checkout page. Instead, you can simply click 'Buy with PayPal' directly from the product detail page. This is PayPal Express Checkout, which allows you to log in with your email, and your address and other information will be automatically filled in, making the entire payment process easy. Note: When using PayPal Express Checkout, the shipping address will be your default PayPal address. Please ensure your default PayPal address is correct. If the auto-filled information is incorrect, you can manually edit it.

You can not only use your PayPal balance for payment but also use a debit or credit card linked to PayPal to complete the payment.

B.Paypal Standard Checkout 

Customer adds product to cart,and click"check out"botton. On the checkout page, after filling in the shipping information, select "Pay with PayPal." You will be redirected to the PayPal log in page. Enter your email to log in and complete the payment.You can not only use your PayPal balance for payment but also use a debit or credit card linked to PayPal to complete the payment.

C.Checkout with Debit or Credit Card Without PayPal Account

Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay with a debit or credit card. This is called PayPal Guest Checkout.Select PayPal as the payment method.On the PayPal log in page,click the"Pay with Debit or Credit Card"botton.

Enter your email and then click"Continue to Payment"botton.

Helpful Sizing Tips

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped more quickly. For made-to-order styles, custom sizes, or designs requiring more intricate craftsmanship, additional production time may be needed before shipment.

Every pair is carefully handcrafted, and we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes available within 3–5 business days after shipment. During peak shopping seasons or customs processing, tracking updates may occasionally take a little longer to appear.

Product Availability

While most styles are available for immediate production, certain materials or components may occasionally become unavailable.

If this affects your order, we will contact you by email with available options. If we are unable to reach you within 30 days, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Import Duties & Taxes

Most orders are delivered directly to your doorstep without additional charges.

However, depending on your country's customs regulations, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, or other taxes upon arrival.

Orders are shipped under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Any applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or shipping carrier.

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance, as they vary by country and region.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been shipped.

Address changes requested before shipment will be processed free of charge.

Once an order has entered transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. In this case, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Any fees associated with address changes after shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN&EXCHANGE

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style?

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will ship the replacement item at no additional shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 15 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Requirements

Return Shipping

At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipment through a local postal service or courier such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other carriers.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

Orders affected by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

If your shoes experience a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, such as sole separation, upper cracking, heel failure, or other workmanship-related issues, please contact us with photos of the item.

After review and approval, we will arrange an exchange according to our warranty policy.
